Scotch apparently has a reputation of being hard to make into cocktails because of its smokey complex character, but it can. Here's a write up to explain how it can be paired with different flavours and a list of scotch cocktails to try making or ordering at the bar. :) I personally enjoy the blue blazer (it's like a flaming scotch "tarik").
